Ben and Jerry’s just announced the partnership, not a lot of details were released, but we know that there is a special beer release called Salted Caramel Brownie Brown Ale.

“At this time I can confirm that Ben & Jerry’s and New Belgium are collaborating to raise awareness around issues we are passionate about, and that the results will be delicious,” New Belgium Director of Sustainability, Jenn Vervier said in a statement.

It’s basically a candy bar in a beer bottle with 6.3% alcohol. Hallelujah.

“Our mutual dedication to using business as a force for good means you get to enjoy this brown ale laden with the chocolatey, salted-caramel, vanilla goodness while helping Protect Our Winters combat climate change.”

Protect Our Winters was founded by pro snowboarder Jeremy Jones, and seeks to lessen the impact of climate change on America’s snow laden mountains.

Ice cream + craft beer + saving mountains so we can keep crushing the powder…What’s not to love? This drinkable miracle is set to hit markets in the fall of 2015.
