Well that makes filming the sequels to ‘Bareback Mounting’ a little difficult.

The Simi Valley City Council approved an ordinance on Monday night that requires porn producers to insure that male performers wear condoms during sex acts.

Mayor Bob Huber called for the ordinance after Los Angeles approved a similar measure on Jan. 17 to protect porn performers from contracting HIV.

The Los Angeles law prompted speculation that adult movie studios in the San Fernando Valley might move into neighboring Simi Valley, a community of 125,000, so they could make videos without condoms.
