there is nothing more healthy for a puppy/dog to be eatting raw meat! those puppies probably live on a farm and live happier/healthier life than most dogs. there was no need for that pig to go to waste.

I don’t see why the internet should have to conform to you whining, sniveling little crybabies. Pigs, cows, chickens have no other reason to exist in this world other than to feed us. It only makes sense that Dogs should benefit from this as well seeing as how they’re, yanno, CARNIVORES, not kibblevores. Raw meat is actually very nutritious for a Dog, granted it’s taken care of. If you don’t want to see it, there’s this neat idea called closing the page! Enjoy this marvel!

We understand that dogs eating meat is what they do. It’s just not a picture that belongs in a collection of cute puppies D: It totally ruins the mood. I didn’t even look at the rest of the pictures after that because it just weirded me out. If it was meat that wasn’t actually attached to the ENTIRE HEAD of the pig, it may have been less gross to look at.

The problem of the shot with the pig has nothing to do with whether or not it is healthy for the dogs, a normal occurrence, or against anyone’s sensitivities; the problem is an aesthetic one. A particular emotional train had been established by all the pictures preceding it; it’s presence is completely incongruous. It is jarring, and forces the viewer to carry it as a separate event unto itself. Simply put, it is bad art, akin to having a drum solo in a sonnet.

The photos are great, even the carne shot. Interesting though, canines do eat meat but beef and pork are as unhealthy for them as they are for us…too much fat, very bad for the pancreas! I am, by the way, a vegetarian, I feed my dog meat just not pork or beef!

The argument that it’s natural for dogs to eat raw meat, or healthy for them, blah blah blah, are pointless, in regards to the placement of this picture. Even if you don’t have a qualm with the picture itself, it’s still quite the shock for those who are expecting normal pictures of just dogs. It’s just so out of place and unnecessary. If I wanted to see a picture of puppies tearing apart a raw pig carcass, I would have typed that shit into google. It is actually quite a disturbing picture and quite a shock for those not expecting it.

I happen to enjoy the picture with the pig. It’s more natural than some of the other ones. To the people saying it’s unnatural, are the people who probably don’t watch animal planet. Wild dogs will rip an animal apart to get their food. At least the pig didn’t suffer from it. What’s more disturbing is the people stuffing their dogs in clothing. Lol. But *shrug* Nothing I can personally do about it. So who cares. Don’t like it? Don’t look at it. I doubt you’re going to have nightmares from looking at it once unless you’ve got some sort of severe mental condition.

I don’t necessarily think that the puppies eating meat (raw or cooked) is a bad thing, but pork is not exactly good for dogs. At least, that is what my fiancee tells me, and she is a vet technologist. Too many parasites in pork that are bad for a dogs digestive system, especially in this case where the pig was obviously raw, and it didn’t look very clean…
